Big Batch (and Larger) Projects

Challenges: Support for larger customers: Manage On Prem dataset timeouts (fixed by new agent?), 2 CW datasources required for Manage Hosted Support for longer time ranges (1-2 years) Support: Top priority Sales/Success: Seeing churn from acquisitions. Would be great to charge larger customers more for a better BG experience with larger datasets. Requests for longer date ranges for Cloud Syncs

Provide a mobile gauge experience that allows customers to use BrightGauge easily on their phones. This does not need to be a mobile app.

Doing this first will enable us to improve all other aspects of the app (Benchmarks, Goals, etc.) with a more consistent design, faster development, less friction for customers, ability to provide accessibility in the future, easier to onboard new devs and designers into the company for faster ramp uptime, and improve page loading, and move into mobile. Create an experience where BG works out of the box with few decisions/customizations on the part of the new customer. Currently, BG requires the MSP to have an employee that is a champion for BG and is willing/able to perform set up and maintenance. Could also be the solution given free of charge for existing Continuum/CW customers. Make it easier for customers to set up their datasource configurations. Support: Nice to have Sales/Success: BG Lite for $99/month, easier to use, less customization (could do mobile first, then use similar solution here)

Customers are still having sporadic errors generating reports as PDFs. These errors have not died down over time. This is not quite top priority for Support, but has higher priority than a Nice to Have.

Client mapping is a pain in the neck, especially for larger customers who may have 400 or more clients. Any improvement here would go a long way. Possible solutions: CSV upload BG guesses client mapping, then asks customer to verify
